Become a Curwen Print Member

Membership is limited to 40 members and is available to artist printmakers who have either:

  • Attended a relevant course at the Curwen Print Study Centre and are confident in working independently; for example, if you want to do some etching, you need to have attended an etching course and feel happy working on your own.
  • Or experienced artist printmakers who are confident in working independently for their selected printmaking technique.

Membership Types


Ongoing Membership

Benefits & Details:

  • Unlimited Open Access Membership £80 per month - excluding materials - payable monthly in advance via Standing Order on the 1st of each month (Minimum 6 months contract).
  • Members gain unlimited use of the Open Access Studio, bookable in full or half day sessions, a maximum of 10 x advance sessions can be in place at any one time.
  • Members receive 5% discount on all 1 or 2 day CPSC courses booked
  • Opportunity to exhibit as part of an Annual Members Exhibition in the CPSC gallery space each year – 2022 dates TBC
  • Opportunity to offer own original prints for sale on the CPSC website shop free of charge, with a reduced commission on completed sales of 20%
  • Invitation to all Private Views for exhibitions in the CPSC gallery space
  • As membership develops, we will continue to create membership benefits and opportunities such as members only bookable events and learning opportunities

30 Day Membership

Benefits & Details:

  • The month will run for 30 days from date of booking and will be available at £200 per month - excluding materials.
  • Payment to be made in advance of the membership period selected.
  • 30 Day memberships will be limited.
  • 30 Day Members gain unlimited use of the Open Access Studio for the selected month, bookable in full or half day sessions.
  • A maximum of 10 x advance sessions can be in place at any one time.
  • Opportunity to offer own original prints for sale on the CPSC website shop free of charge, with a reduced commission on completed sales of 20%

CPSC Certificate Membership

Benefits & Details:

  • All CPSC Certificate participants will receive Temporary Membership
  • CPCS Certificate Print membership will enable course participants to book a day in the Open Access studio to continue their personal development for a reduced daily fee of £30.00
  • This membership is for the duration of the course on which the participant is enrolled.
  • Sessions to be booked via CPSC office.
  • Please check with CPSC office that your chosen date is available.

Step 1 - Go to the Open Access Member Booking area of our website

Step 2 - Select the Members Open Access Session dates you would like to book

Step 3 - Select ‘View Selection’

Step 4 - Select 'Class Passes'

Step 5 - Select the Unlimited Open Access Membership and 'View Selections'

Step 5 - Now follow the checkout process, where you will be charged for your first month’s membership.

Step 6 - For the final step, please complete the Membership Form and email to membership@curwenprintstudy.co.uk
